amusing scene and had you got him looking at his watch [it would have been even better] never been to this place but seen loads of different photos of it,without the guide this would have been ordinary, but now theres a story to it...Brian

They must have gotten put off by seeing all these boulders to walk on.)) This is a beautiful shot. You framed it well, and the light, shadows, colours, and composition worked well. Good effort!

A good shot of the tour guide waiting on the giant's causeway waiting for the tourists to arrive. A lovely backdrop of a calm beautiful sea and the foreground of these ancient stones.

What a hard working guy. He seems to really been waiting and wandering. I love the clarity of textures of the foreground as well as the colour of the ocean. Nice compliance to the rule of third. Great shot, Nik.

An interesting photo and title for this presentation.
The tourists are probably on the way or they missed the location spot.
Great colors, details and contrasting textures.

An interesting image that defies the rule of space, as you have the tour guide gazing out of the frame. (Copied and pasted from internet article: "If a person is looking away from the center of the frame, it can be unsettling, or the subject might seem aloof or mysterious".)
That said, I find the image captivating because it breaks the rule and does in fact hold my attention. A perplexing image because to center the guide would sacrifice the leading line of the causeway.
Focus, color, detail and depth are all well-defined - Not sure, but it feels like the guides face is starting to lean towards over exposure, but this does not seem to distract from the image because of his distance from the lens.
Thank you for sharing this and forcing me to consider, Rules are Meant to be Broken. LOL

A wonderful visual presented here of this gentleman waiting for his tourists to arrive. Wish I was one of them. That is an amazing view to say the least. Composition shades, tones, colours background and angle captures this scene in a wonderful way. Very well done. Thank you for sharing.

This tells the story well . The tour guide standing there on the right waiting for his group of tourists is well shown here.
Well focused, clear image with good use of the light. Colors and tones appear true and natural .
Well composed and presented!
