Good shot of this Coal Tit Susan as it tries to get the nectar from that beautiful Fuchsia of yours. Captured at just the right moment. Great colours with good light. Good focus, texture and clarity with very good composition. Well done and thanks for sharing :-)

Another good looking nature image presented here! Your fine and classical composition gives us a good of that pretty, feeding bird and its location. Textures, colours and tones are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely taken!

The coal tit looks so much like the chickadee ! Well captured in an upside down position to get the nectar from the fuchsia .
Well positioned within the frame and I like the natural scene to tell this story.
Well composed and presented!

This is a beautiful shot of the bird in its natural surroundings! You timed it well, and the light, shadows, colours, and composition worked well. Good effort!

Wow what a capture Susan! I've never seen any sort of Tit so obviously trying to get to the inside of a flower before!
I can see one foot holding the flower, was the other one clinging to a branch or a twig or something? How on earth does he balance?!
Very well spotted and thank you for sharing such a sight!

Charlotte,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on this little Coal Tit clinging to the Fuchsia flower bud as it attempts to get at the nectar through a hole it will make near the top by the stem. The Coal Tits & the Blue Tit both do the same thing to get at the nectar. Coal Tits are quite common in the British Isles.

Susan, you're very welcome. Aha so that's how they do it, making a hole near the top of the stem - that's so interesting and I've learnt something new! Thank you

Charlotte,
Bees go into the flower from below to get both Pollen and nectar.

Yes, but so interesting that tits do it differently :)
