Pat, A beautiful presentation framed by the pines, shows the onset of winter, not too far behind. A quiet reflection is very calming. The changing colors of the foliage create that gold glowing swarth across the water. A very soothing scene.Thank you for sharing this tranquility. Ray

What a lovely shot you have captured here, of this wooded path along the Lakeside. These are the places I could hang out in all day.
It appears almost to be taken while moving. It just has this movement to it.
Is it beginning to get chilly there now?

Hi Pat - I really enjoy your landscapes. I admit, my confidence to take landscapes is not quite there yet. I tend to look at ones like this and really study their appeal in hopes that someday I'll take one I can truly be proud of.
This image is so pretty - I can imagine standing on the trail with you when this was taken. The colors and subsequent reflections in the water of fall color is calming. Shooting it between the trees offers a nice natural frame and promotes the surrounding of the scene. Your depth of field has the entire image clear and detailed, and you have been very mindful to not over saturate or increase the vibrancy; leaving a nice natural / real presentation as mother nature intended.

Love this Autumn landscape with the blazing Fall foliage and a peaceful lake. The reflections in the water is vivid. I like how you have framed the scene with those evergreens on both sides. Those falling colorful leaves on the foreground added a nice touch in the photo, too. A joy to view.
