To me this looks like some sort of Iris flower, but what you ever it is called, it is truly lovely in the most delicate colors. The flower is also standing out from the softened background in an excellent way.

Perhaps some parts of the flower are a bit soft, but it is still clear and well defined details to be seen. The white balance and exposure is spot on.

The tight framing works well, and the flower has got a fine placement in the photo. A lovely and all together well taken photo Allan, and with a very good DOF.

Thanks Annie, glad you liked it. I was a new flower for me to be sure. White flowers are indeed hard to get in proper balance. But that is what makes it fun to try. Thanks again.
