Pat,
A very beautiful & atmospheric sunset picture as seen from Point Woronzof, the colours in the sky are reflected on the glisteing waters of Knik arm of the Cook inlet. Artistic composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

Great shot here Pat of sunset at Cook Inlet with very vibrant colours reflected well on the water. The bush in silhouette and distant hills add interest. Good focus, texture and clarity with great composition. Well done and thanks for sharing :-)

A beautiful photograph shown here with some wonderful rich sunset colors. The blues, reds and mauves are as beautiful as nature can create. I like how trees and the island in the distance is in silhouette so not to distract from the beautiful pastel of colors.

The afterglow from the sunset is just breathtaking, and as usual you have pictured it so well. I especially like how well you have captured the reflection from the colors in the sky in the mirror like water.
The silhouettes trees on the left are standing out sharp and well defined against all this glory, and the exposure is just spot on.
The slight crop has worked well, and with the trees off to the left, it is a very fine balance in the composition. I think this is a truly beautiful and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.

Your images of Alaska have really increased my intense desire to visit its beauty (maybe next year; 2025).
The deep dark tones in this image are spectacular and contrast so brilliantly with the rays of light that are saying good night to another day.
