I have eaten some Buffalo and wasn't impressed. I'll stick with beef..lol. I spent 3 years at Ft. Sill, ok and the.wildlife refuge is next to the.base. I have seen many a Buffalo
Good capture. The clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the.shot of this Buffalo is great. The presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

A good looking nature image posted here! When I was there, back in 2014, I saw many bronze statues, but not life animals. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well taken!

A very lovely visual presented here of this amazing bison. Composition, shades, tones, colors, and angle captures this moment in time perfectly. Well done.

I wouldn't go anywhere near it. It is 'Tata' from a distance of a mile!:) You shot it well, and the light, shadows, colours, and composition worked well. Good effort!

Perfect DOF, really nice side lighting that adds a great balance of highlights and shadows. Great pose captured as well with the 'buffalo' staring right at the camera.

Kathy,
A beautiful picture of the American Buffalo or Bison the sunlight highlighting it's beautiful fur coat while catching the shine on it's nose showing it's impressive size standing out from the grass in the background. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

The American Buffalo is beautiful.i especially like the way it is posed with head slightly turned allowing a good look at its eye and eyelashes!
Well focused, nice , clear image with good use of the light .
Colors and tones appear natural. The bison stands out so well from the green grassy field.
Well composed in the vertical format. Well presented! We have bison here and they were actually set free and are doing well.

Thanks Pat - yes, the eyes (or definition thereof) can be difficult to capture with Buffalo due to their dark faces. I was fortunate for the natural light illuminating the right side of his / her face. I'm glad you liked it. Thank you Again.
