Whew, I'm glad I caught this one - I've been wanting to offer a review but got busy with the Holiday.
This is a very appealing image that adds wonderful scale, depth and interest to the scene. The kitty, lounging at the entrance of the gate certainly adds to the story as well as a nice splash of color, which captures the viewer(s) eye (i.e., a strong focal point). The feline along with the open gates, appear to offer a welcomed invite to step into the scene and check out what's behind the stone wall.
The image is perfectly dialed in with all settings and has successfully achieved a tack sharp, straight image with nice lighting contrast. The exposure is balanced and avoids both clipping and blocking.
