This is and excellent drawing of Christ although he was middle eastern it still represents his gentleness and care. I draw and I take a long time to do not as good a job. How long did this take you? I painted and drew Christ on Mt portfolio here too if you get the chance to see it.

This is a very powerful piece. The use of light and shadow really draws the observer in. The detail in the face is wonderful and the soft sketch look around the perimeter is very effective.

This reminds me of the skill the old masters had when they did their work centuries ago. You are amazing!

Not only do I see Jesus but I glimpse my father, my friends, my family and it stirs a personal vibration. Sweet shadows! Clear focus of the eyes in prayer as you really don't see his focus that clearly justifies the connection. I want to hug him.

It is such a long time since I reviewed your work, but it is easy to see that this is one of your drawings. I am not really a Christian myself, but your drawing is still touching me because of the very expressive face of Jesus.
It is easy to see that this is done paying such a good attention to details and with very good use of shadows and light. I also like a lot the all neutral background.
The format works well, and the head of Jesus is well placed on the paper. I think this is a beautiful and well done drawing Linda.
