Nice photograph of the lands balanced with old structure; the freely floating, manicured landscape and the opening in the back center leading viewers past the hill are interesting and fun to view!

An impressive shot of the Haddon Hall, Bakewell, England! The framing, light, shadows, and colours all come together perfectly. Nice effort!

Nik,
A beautiful picture of a corner of Haddon Hall home of the brother of the Duke of Rutland of Belvoir Castle in Linconshire. The Countryside to the left of the Hall is beautiful. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus,
Susan

What a lovely shot of this beautiful corner view of Haddon Hall, Bakewell, England.
Everything about this is perfect. You have complete balance and fluidity throughout. The touch of the Lavender sky makes it appear to be twilight.
Looks like a ski hill in the background? Is that possible?
Great focus and intrigue.

Very many thanks for your kind and detailed review! The gap might be a ski run, but I am not sure. Glad you enjoyed my photo.

I love the setting per se. Wish I can walk in that well-manicured meadow of Haddon Hall. Great angle showing the overall background with greeneries and that Hall looks so stately and grand.

What I personally find attractive about this photo is the play of natural light as seen between the clear foreground and the hazy (foggy) background. It's this play of light and sharpness that creates incredible depth and interest to this piece. Technically, the image is skillfully captured with dialed in camera settings that achieved sharpness, optimal exposure and natural color
