Very creative is this one Lynn and it does look as if the dog is in a protective mode more so because of the placement of its paw in this,clever thought was this so well done for this one...Brian

Hi Lynn, I can see this dog as a guardian of this infant. The dog has that certain look of caring even though these two images were not originally together. ( I could be wrong about that but I still see that caring look) Love that the baby is in a basket and I love how the dog's paw is resting on it. It's a very sweet image. Love the texture of the dog's fur . A very nice image for the child art contest! Good Luck!

Very well created Airedale with such realistic details , also the baby is very realistic as it peacefully sleeps all cozy with the soft blanket.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review. Just a FYI I don't use AI. This is a digital artwork with twenty years experience in graphic design. I just love Photoshop and all it's possibilities!

Thanks Lynn - my apologies for using the wrong words. I know you don't use AI (I sincerely respect that!). As a photographer I sometimes struggle with the proper terminology in reviews for digital art. Reviews can be challenging as some suggest their post are traditional art (and the post look far from traditional art) others categorize their post as digital art and others mixed media. I'm still trying to figure it out - I have no familiarity with the process and struggle to offer useful reviews. Thank you for your patience as I continue to wrap my head around today's evolving art world.

It's ok. I get it. There are a couple artists on this site who use AI and call it traditional art but to the trained eye, it's obviously AI. I have no issues with people who use AI but they need to call it what it is. And those who do use AI and do post work on it to turn it into their own, that is ok to. AI I will use as a tool sometimes but never as a main form of expression. I like the work.. I don't care for easy over expression :)
