I like your notes to accompany, very interesting. I also like the detail about the camera settings, one can learn from them. I wish more (including myself) would provide that info.
You captured this bird pin sharp. I like the composition with the placement of the bird on the board. The background bokah is perfect.

This is a super cute little bird !
I have seen nuthatches do the same , they grab one seed and fly up onto a branch and eat it then come back for another,
This one is wall captured with nice focus, this image is clear and well exposed to bring forward its natural colors and tones .
I soft background brings the bird forward without distractions.
Well placed within the scene in the bullseye position.
Well composed and presented!
