They're very interesting and unique. Visual presented here of these flowers. They do have very unusual shaped petals. I like that she used a green background to highlight them. Very well thought out. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Maureen, I usually see clematis with fat wide petals so this was an interesting find. Glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the great review!:o) Nancy

This is such a lovely presentation of the beautiful Clemantis. You've done a great job with the framing, and the way the light, shadows, and colours interact is really pleasing to the eye. Keep it up! Good luck!

Hi Nancy, Love your Clematis brightly separated from thebackground, and you used a complimentary color to achieve the illusion. Very nice and such a beautiful vine. Ray

Great shot here Nancy of these Clematis. The narrow curled up petals are beautiful and very interesting. Great colours and exposure. Good focus, texture and clarity with good background bokeh. Well done and good luck in the contest :-)

A very attractive submission to the contest. Very clear and focused, the outlining of the flower petals add to the delicate look of the flower's petals

Really cool, Nancy. Makes me think of my clematis that I have planted in my yard. They did not bloom last year. I have two colors, purple and lavender. I hope I see it change this year!
You did a wonderful job playing with this Pretty photograph of the Lavender color clematis. You always add such interesting details. Good luck in the contest!

The clematis is indeed lovely and has such a delicate appearance , the narrow petals are so interesting as they actually fold in making them look more long and narrow, the center does have a light and farther look , I can imagine them blowing in the slightest breeze.
These 4 blossoms are well captured with blossom 3 from the left trying to hide behind the petals of the second and fourth blossom.
These are well photographed with good focus, this image is clear and your exposure is correct , all colors and tones appear natural, the flowers step forward from the soft , dreamy background .
This is well composed and presented! Nice entry for this contest! Best wishes to you!
