I have always liked to see a curly river running through a landscape, and I saw a lot of that when I used to live out west and go to the canyons to take pictures. Did you notice how the clouds in the middle of the photo look as though it's a soaring bird? Great touch! Maybe there's a soaring bird. Maybe it is a cloud. Hmmmm!

Wow! This is a spectacular entry for this contest! It actually reminds me of a view of the Matanuska River here in Alaska.
This is so very well created with wonderful and realistic detail filling the space.
Beautiful autumn colors the river in the valley below , the sky is alive with detail and the majestic mountains standing proudly in back,

a breath taking capture. the clatity is great. the angle of the shot of this valley, river, mountainous skyline with colorful sky view. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. great eye and great job overall.
