I thought I had reviewed this when you first posted it , I looked at it and saw that it was entered into this contest and I thought to myself" That's the winner" I see today that indeed this won!
It's beautiful and so unique , there is a sense of motion in the feathers as if there is a slight breeze, what I really love is the way the feathers shimmer in the silvery blue tones.
This is very well photographed with correct camera techs, it's just beautiful and truly a pleasure to view! I love also the vertical format you have composed it in .
