A very colorful post shown here. The columns seem to be repetitive in their pattern to a greater or lesser degree. Do these columns have any significance or are the just decorative?

I thought this way a painting at first until I zoomed in the picture. These columns are beautiful. The colors on these columns are painted beautifully and I love the contrast of colors. Excellent angle, with great detail. Beautifully done, thank you for sharing!
