Am I wrong to just have to say, OK, Ok, it's the same old thing over and over again. The same old absolutely beautiful landscapes captured by an artist photographer. I envy your ability to capture such beauty and where you live. This one is simply magnificent from composition thru to objects displayed. Reasons for my six-star vote.

Gloriously beautiful. I find that the words to describe what I am see are inadequate and pale in comparison to the scene. If this doesn't scream that God is real, nothing will.

colorful capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this reflective pond, mountainous skyline and colorful cloudy skyview is awesome. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

Another fine landscape Pat and it almost seems surreal that you see these sort of scenes and most are on your doorstep so to speak although this one was 40 miles away [wish i had this sort of scene near me]....Brian

A lovely scene showing the mountains, lake and sky. The sky has a soft almost a painting texture, over crisp snowy mountains that are reflected in a clear, calm lake. A lovely view indeed., well taken with a good eye.

The photo is sharp showing such clear and well defined details in every part of the photo. The colors look nice and natural, and the exposure is perfect.
I also like the way you have cropped the photo and your vantage point. It is a fine balance in the composition. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.
