I bet that fish that this juvenile bald eagle ate was good. It was so good the eagle did not want to leave remains. Excellent picture, great capture of the moment. Wonderful work, thank you for sharing!

Such a dramatic scene of this juvenile bald eagle with a fish on its beak. Excellent timing, focus, angle, and exposure setting. I like the overall rustic scene and the natural colors. Framing placement is good with plenty of negative space for your eagle to move while feasting for this catch. It looks like a National Geographic scene, Pat. Well timed and well done.

A great shot of this Bald Eagle with the tail of a fish in its beak. Superb focus and clarity showing excellent detail from his talons to the colors and textures of his feathers. His "eagle" eye on the catch!

Hi Pat, Always love your eagle shots! The focus and lighting are always pinpoint and right on target. They allow we reviewers to get an awesome look at both adult and juvenile eagles. This shot is perfect and truly a joy to view! Wish I had six stars to bless this with. I enjoyed immensely! :o) Nancy

Pat, this is a great shot of the juvie up on the log, grabbing the fish tail in Anchor Point. I love the way you have shown the juvies in their daily routines and how they mature. Wonderful piece. Ray

Pat,
A beautiful stop action picture of the juvenile Bald Eagle grabbing the fishtail off the log on the beach at Anchor Point. The sunlight highlights it's mottled plumage, it's yellow feet & the fish-tail. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

What a stunning capture of nature at work! The way you framed it feels intentional and balanced, and the combination of light, shadows, and colours brings an almost painterly quality to the composition. Excellent work! Here's my six for you. Cheers!
