Hi Michele, thank you for your good review.
Kenya is fascinating yes! The village is touristy in so much as you pay the chief to look around and then they spend most of the allotted time trying to sell you their beadwork and carvings. Then on leaving you notice another 3 safari trucks filled with tourists being taken for the same experience. I did know what was coming, but find the Maasai so beautiful and photogenic that I thought it was worth it.

Yes know what you mean about tourist thing[but wherever you travel/holidays etc its about getting the best you can in the circumstances] okay this is a posed shot but a nice one and a good reminder of your travels,and also good you did not use a flower for a color contest[my pet hate people dong that,feel its a cop out] worth taking this...Brian

Ah the Maasii a photogenic race. I remember camping on the Maasii Mara, anyway a nice full body portrait of this woman. Touristy or not this is a nice shot and good luck in the competition
