Thank you so much for the wonderful review and the six stars. Sometimes I will start with a photo but very seldom. This was created in Blender and Daz3d and finished up in Photoshop. Blender is my favorite program because you can get lots of realistic compositions However it is a difficult program to learn and it takes a LONG time to get a image to the point of render. Daz is a little more user friendly and I created the mule deer in Daz, the background in Blender and molded together in Photoshop. This is how I usually do my work. I will use stock images if for some reason I can't get something right but that is far and few these days.
