Awesome! The emotion and reflection on the glasses is really good. This drawing is well balanced and well rendered. Thd clothing and details textures are well done too. Alex :)

Oh, i knew it looked so very familiar. For some reason, while I was reviewing, I may have thought it was his SELF portrait. I can get confused easily lately. I always am impressed by reflections, generally. I made reflections in water for fun, as a teenager. Reflections in sunglasses is next level. How do you get them to look real and just using pencil? 🤔

Alex He has more hair than I do. To answer your question, you just draw what you see and show how the light affects the drawing. Here is the rule I go by,first rule is, Draw what you see and not what you think it should be. Reflections are created by light on the object. Second Rule, know where the light it coming from and stick to it. I recommend you use soft pastels, I think you are ready for them. They come in pencil style and get a good pencil sharpener. Use a bound sketch book and date your drawings that way you can notice your progress. A sketch a day is a good exercise nothing exact just draw what you see. Gather a few objects put them together and shine a light on them, then draw what you see. Alex any questions feel free to ask. Ray

Hmm, wonder who this could be? Looks like you but I saw the name on top. The shading is minimal but it works. The details are nice on this. The tones and clarity nice. Overall it's a nice presentation! Thanks for sharing.

A very interesting and creative visual presented here of this gentleman. I like that you've placed him in sunglasses so it hides his eyes. It gives a bit of mystery to this piece. Shading and presentation is very well done. Thank you for sharing.

To the guy with a strong comeback after announcing his slowing nown or sabbatical - hahaha
Wow you can draw very well. What's his name? I remember
Bob Ross learned that technique, before doing his show and yet did not really talk about it while teaching, that I recall.
