Another example of less is more,the single poppy is quite a powerfull symbol anyway and it sits in this field quite proud,and of course the red color blends with the color of the rest of the scene,nice one...Brian

This is a beautiful photograph of a poppy in a wheat field. ( Imagine its like searching for a needle in a haystack, but you did it!)) It is a very warm, soothing picture with the splash of red color of the poppy. Good luck in the contest.
