Good capture. The clarity is great. The border and font is great. The angle of the shot of this moon is great. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

Good job Susan on photographing this month's new moon. When flying the nest after graduation many many years ago my late mom told me. "We could always look up no matter where we were in the world, and we would be looking at the same moon." Somehow that always did make me feel close to home when I needed it:)

An interesting view of the new moon in the darkened sky. Just a sliver now but expanding to a full moon in about 30 days. It would be interesting to take photos of the stages of the moon .

Michele,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on the New Moon I wish I could take pictures of the Moon every day but due to our very variable climate most days can give us overcast skies.

A good looking nature image posted here! Thought I saw your flash light as I was enjoying a lager that night. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well taken!

A very interesting and unique visual presented here on this moon. I like how it's positioned within your frame. The black background really highlights your subject and draws your eye to the glow. Well, done.

Susan, the sliver of the new moon is a symbol to everyone, that the cycles of our planet show in an amazing way and it is available to all to see, like a astral clock. Thank you for your wonderful presentation. Ray
