Their time ran out. That history for them was an era that conquest was their objective to thrive and survive. Sad people during those times living in castles. Cold and dampness took their lives to soon. Much sickness over took them. The flooding here tells me that maybe anyone could have got to that broken down ramp and lived maybe, but if not then we will never know, right? Well done here. Supreme title, description. Wonderful to review. Thanks for rendering with gorgeous sky, elements and colors. I felt and my mind thought of my ancestors back in England. Your a master artist.

This photograph tells a story beyond just the scenery. The textures, the atmosphere, and the mood all combine to create something truly evocative. A perfect example of photography as art! Well done!

Quite an interesting image posted here, together with interesting notes! Looks like time passed by too quickly for that poor clock!! Nicely created!

Len, this so creative and artistic in design. I love the whole scene; the castle int he middle of the lake and the clock exploding is unbelievably beautiful.

Haha! I love the fact that you smashed together three different images and made it look really cool. That's what I love about digital imaging. When you start playing around with that, you can do some really fun stuff. You've created a nice piece here which could be definitely a conversation piece.
The sky in the background and the old looking dock really make for a nice picture. Congrats

love the creativity to this presentation. the setup is excellent. the clarity is excellent. the capture of the light is excellent. the angle of the shot of this clock on pier with old abandon building out in water is excellent and expresses and easy story. the presentation is well balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and awesome work overall.

Interesting because its different and the clock does add a different dimension in this, the castle look like that one in scotland [could be wrong in that] like it though...Brian
