This is an amazing shot. Just as spectacular as the other one that you took, even more so.
All the blending of colors and tones and shadows is just so interesting to look at. The exposure you chose to shoot this at, or maybe with flash, really gives it an ethereal feel, almost like being on another planet.

Hi Nieves, I see you have been caving or spelunking, ahh the limestone dribble sculptures, magnificent colors and translucent look formations. the cool breeze as you enter. I enjoy caves and all their beauty. Very nice. All the best of luck in the contest. Ray

A good looking entry into the competition posted here! Wonder where in the world this interesting cave exists? Textures, tones and detail are good. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Well done and good luck!

Thanks, Nik. Appreciate the pleasant review. This is from a private property in Missouri. They called this Cosmic Cave, a tiny cave owned by a private individual but opened it for public.

A very interesting and unique visual presented here. I love the different colours and textures within the rock formations. It would be magical to see it in person. I hope you enjoyed your trip. Thank you for sharing.

What a stunning capture of nature! The framing is excellent, and the interplay of light, shadows, and colours creates a harmonious composition. Great job!

I love caves, my husband and I visited so many caves around the country. They are all different and unique. You have done a good job of capturing this spot. Sharpness and lighting are good which can be hard to get sometimes. Nicely framed as well. Good job Nieves :)

Very cool. I would be the comedian hollering "snake!" And see how many folks will jumping. Now you see why they wouldn't take me there in the 1st place..wink. the clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this colorful rock inside the cave is great. The capture of the light is great. The presentation is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

What a great entry for the contest! I don't think I've ever seen a stalactite or stalagmite image on FAR! If this isn't Mother Earth I don't know what is! Always fun when you get to see something like this! If I had six stars to give, this image would have one. Very cool shot with great lighting and focus! :o) Nancy
