A beautiful shot of this swan on the lake in all its beauty. Such graceful creatures with beautiful lines. In England Swans belong to the crown. You have shown lovely detail and focus.

quite a good one of this swan, tight crop, slight feel there is some detail lost on the whiteness in the swan plus would would have been better had you got the eye in this[that could have closed of course]...Brian

Such a pleasant and refreshing scene, Jack. Glad you have the chance to capture this white swan. They can be difficult to capture because their eyes is black and there a black spot in that part of their face, too.

This is a wonderful image of the Swan that you have posted here. It would have been even better if we could have seen the rest of its reflection in the water. Orher than that, it has nice sharp focus, is framed very well and lighting is adequate.

Nice capture! The arched neck shows you were there at the right moment. Swans are very territorial and display like this when they want to appear threatening. Thanks for sharing.

Jack,
A beautiful picture of the male/ Cob Mute Swan gliding on the lake with his reflection seen on the water of the lake. The light highlighting his Plumage & his orange beak. The large bump on the top of his beak tells me his a Cob. The Pen or female has a smaller bump. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Jackjr, This is a fine capture of a white Mute Swan. The place sounds so interesting, a great place to spend the day. Very nicely presented and sits nicely in the frame. Ray

What a beautiful capture of the beautiful swan! The way you framed it feels intentional and balanced, and the combination of light, shadows, and colours brings an almost painterly quality to the composition. Excellent work!
