Absolutely a perfect submission for a Cold Art Contest! I love it. I have a feeling I know who the artist is and she's winning all the contests! Lol you did a beautiful job on this polar bear on an iceberg! Awesome!!

Great artwork with a wonderful name that just fits so well.
Nice shading on the polar bear and chilling water that makes even ice glaciers making us feel warmer than the frigid sea. Best of luck in the contest!

M you have done a fine job with this fuzzy, wuzzy polar bear, trying to decide to take the plunge. The bear is so cute and adorable, reminds me of my daughter's squishies. The best of luck in the contest. Ray

I don’t think you’d wanna squish the bear. I’m afraid. Cute and cuddly looking but definitely dangerous. Thank you so much Ray for taking the time to review my work.

Well, this is a great contender for the contest. What a terrific portrait you have created of this polar bear. He looks very, very lifelike as does the ice flow he stands on and the frigid waters beneath him. Your ability to convey shadows and foreshortening make everything look very realistic. Best of luck in the contest

While probarly not the best piece of art on here it does have a certain charm maybe because these bears are quite unique and compulsive viewing on when on t.v.either way good one for this contest ....Brian

On sandpaper? Wow how unusual and what an interesting idea, I presume it gives the finished work an unusual texture.
It's a very lovely drawing, very atmospheric with the dark sky and the blue water.
My only slight nitpick would be that the neck appears to end too high up ...or the shoulders are too narrow - I can't work out which. But hey it's still lovely.

The level of detail in your work is incredibleâ€"each stroke feels so deliberate and alive. It takes immense patience and talent to create something so lifelike. You've brought the subject to life beautifully. Good luck in the contest. Unfortunately, I don't have any 6s to award to this deserving artwork.. Sorry.

I see the work of a talented artist, the framing is well done and I like the colors. Every time I see a photo of a polar bear I think about the Coca Cola commercial especially at Christmas. This to me is especially a fine work of art and I see that it is entered in a contest and I wish you the best in it. Looking forward to more of this fine work and thanks for sharing. JackJr.

A beautiful painting of a polar bear on a piece of ice; they are very fast becoming endangered because of global warming. The ice bergs in the background are a realistic surrounding; I hope for years to come. Good luck in the contest.

I can only hope the same in regards to the polar bear. It would be such a shame if we lost them. Thank you so much for your lovely review.!
