Yes it is snow..seen enough it from coast to coast..work out in that for many a hours and see how enjoyable it is. Cold, windy and wet. You know the best time to viewing snow? Looking at photo from my 90 degree weather is perfect to me..wink. nice capture. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this very bundled up person pointing at snow is good. The clarity is good. The capture of the light is good. The presentation is balanced and eye interesting to the viewer. Good eye and good job overall
