What luck to catch this scene. And, what skill to recognize the visual message of this scene. A setting sun turning the world into gold and bronze with that solitary bird, possibly a pelican flying through at exactly the right time. Just poignant and beautiful. Reasons for my five-star vote.

What a stunning shot of the seagull flying into a golden sunset. Sunsets are always lovely but add a bird and it brings life to the scene!

so very cool. got the bird in the air is perfect. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this sunrise over the water with bird in the air is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

A beautiful entry for the sunset or sunrise competition!
I love the simplicity of the photo with just the sea, the sun and the seagull with nothing else to distract the eye.

Normanally using the sun full on does not work because of the sheer brightness,but this does and think that is down to having the bird in this,sometimes the term less is more applys to this one,different...Brian
