Hi Sesha, I love what the rough paper does to the image! I think it creates a nice texture thru the paint! It really fits the sky, rocks and water giving the image some nice body! Love the way you show the water coming thru the rocks! I also love the sunset hues! Your title is pretty cool too!

Yes. You're right. I keep both rough and smooth watercolour papers in stock. I use thicker ones. >250 gsm. Thank you for your consistent support and positive comments on my art. I truly value it!

This is just marvelous. I love the complementary colors and the overall composition.
You can just feel the mood, a calm setting sun with the dynamic waves hitting the rocks. I had always wished I could master water colors like you have, but alas it did nto work out. Well done!

Sesha, this is absolutely beautiful. It has terrific initial impact thanks to the bold colors and statement that the rocks make. Your technique at making water to appear to be moving is very good. The depth of field is wonderful. The viewer's eye is drawn right in across the water to the sun setting in the background. All the colors work so well together. And the contrast between the rocks and the sun and even the water make it visually interesting. It's a very beautiful piece.

This is just a beautiful scene of the waters flowing out to the sea. Beautiful flowing colors showing wonderful movement of the water. The sunset in the distant shows such warmth.
