Sad little bear! Has he lost his owner? The teddy bear is realistic in shape and texture, and the brick wall behind him helps him stand out nicely.

if i was that lil teddy it would be my luck some punk kid comes up to me and steal my blue bow! then a dog walks by and hikes his leg..but dont worry when the heavy rain starts all that will be washed away but a few days when i smell like bad mildew then folks will turn their head and finally notice me! yeah. as one big human grabs me he throws me in this large metal can and put a lid on it. oh how nice it will keep out the rain....you know i can go on and on with this story..wink..lol. glad you have enjoyed this and thanks for the awesome review. The teddybear is crying. That is funny and a Nice touch. I love. the bricks behind the bear. The teddybear is very realistic looking. I like the depth to this piece. Hopefully the owner comes back to fix the bears tears. Thank you for sharing.

What a poignant pieceā€"this teddy bear, with its gentle gaze and quiet tear, speaks volumes without uttering a word. The use of Sharpies adds a vibrancy that contrasts beautifully with the sadness in the subject. To those who question whether this fits the 'Still Life' label, I'd gently say: still life is not only about objects but the life we perceive in stillness. This artwork captures a moment frozen in time, filled with emotion, memory, and narrative. And isn't that what great art is all about? Bravo, bro. Here's my humble six for you. Cheers!

Oh, you're such a cute little Teddy to be crying! What a great cartoon Mark. Foreshortening is really well handled. It makes the bear look three dimensional. And you did such a great job drawing all those bricks behind him. They all look exactly the same size and width. It's just amazing. The sidewalk looks very realistic as well, and the bear is just absolutely adorable. As always, your talents are easily recognizable and enjoyed.

Hi Mark, I know how you feel about still life images and how some people don't see the whole picture of what belongs there. When I saw this teddy bear I was hoping he'd have some tears! He's being left out without a single soul realizing he belongs. The little guy might not move, but he moves the heart! I love it when someone sees beyond the usual. This guy fits in the contest very well!
I hope other people see that as well! There's no reason he should be far from the side lines! Wishing you luck! I won't forget him! :o) Nancy

I like this song, good lyrics and love the video-graphics. Ok now, teddy is feeling that song for a reason. That song has many emotions thrown into it, which makes it brilliant. Teddy wonders about life and questions his spiritual truth, if any one cares anymore. Why did kids love me? Why then was I put here? Where did it go wrong? I had a teddy once and if I cried, so does teddy, my friend. Feelings are wonderful thru our whole life and yet we cry. I love crying, alone and abandoned, now that is my story. Thanks my friend. Cute teddy.

Well done and good luck! Your fine, full and appropriate composition offers us a very good view of a tearful teddy. Wonder why he is so sad?
