Time is always now, live in the Port Orchard, Washington area. Strangely just moved here 2 years go, from the mountains of Colorado, butchered our own lambs, skied a lot, climbed many 14,000 ft peaks, so the PNW is new to me. Bought everything locally at the farmers market, local butcher shop. Hard time with the oysters though, they are tough to shuck. My hands still hurt, butchering and stripping a lamb is easier and grilling them is the tasty delight. Then danced in an abandoned school house, raising the dust many times over and over.

Thank you, the table is set. For some reason the mushrooms didn't go over so well, shucking the oysters was difficult as. I am not native to the Pacific Northwest. A country boy from the Mountains in Colorado, butchered lamb many times and we had country dances in old school buildings, wooden floors, and stopped dancing when the dust got too thick. The rule was to raise the dust, eat some roasted lamb, have a beer, sweep the floor to raise the dust again and again, the fall asleep in your sleeping bag outside the door. Ride the horses to fish the next morning. Breakfast was made on the fire pit.

Dinner is served, next a beer butt chicken on the Green Egg. Smoke gets in my eyes.
