This is awesome !I love trees and love to photograph them. Here this one appears to be alive and running , there is a sense of its motion here , very well created and I like the way this old tree steps forward from the forest behind it, love the bare branches allowing us to really study the shape , it's running from left to right .its actually got a face .
Well chosen colors for this too.
This would look amazing hung for display , it's just fun to look at!

Hi Ray, Why is it that I think I see your face in the upper branch on the left? It sure looks like you! I see a lot of energy in this tree. Love the way the purple seems to surge thru the branches. I actually think trees that have no leaves look more impressive that with leaves,this tree well so and the see though part more so,i can see a face in this and it also looks like a hand reaching out at the bottom in the shape of a branch,to me one of your best works Ray so had to give it a six....Brian

Jewell thank you for your wonderful review, rating and thoughts. With my work you have to give it time to see what is going on, in this one there are some portraits and a selfie within the tree. I picked an old tree because it has character. You are very color conscience and you understand color. Lime green and purple did it for me in this one. The whole thing for me is telling a story without words, by letting the art tell the story. When You see my next one I will have to tell a story and you will see why. Thank you for your support. Ray
