This would have definitely been a winner in a still life contest, Ray, what a gorgeous painting of these pink roses! Such a great image, from the clear glass vase so we can see the stems, to the scattering of spent leaves and petals on the table runner. I can almost smell them!

I like the arrangement you did of this lovely bunch of roses. Always impressed when you do glass. You give it a nice transparency along with the edge of reflective sheen. Nicely done my friend! :o) Nancy

Jewell, thank you for your wonderful review, Rating and compliments. Thats the way Renoir I differ the black ink defines things better than paint and it is a finer line. The dimensions are 9 x 12 inches. this is done on black plastic paper called "Dura Bright " and I love it because you don't have to prime it and it is super smooth. Blick's Art supply was having a close out sale, I bought three pads. I would go to the source www.grafix.com. I highly recommend this. It is nice to know you enjoy this . Ray

A lovely presentation of these beautiful roses, Color and texture are well shown. The outlines of the flowers are well defined and sharp. Even the watercolor in the vase is realistic.
