I am so sorry that you've had to suffer for so many years with health problems. I've had stomach issues my whole life and there is something that they haven't figured out, but I'm coping. It's not fun when you're not well. You have a very powerful visual presented here. Your composition is very well thought out. I hope you get better soon and that they figure out your problem. God bless you.

an emotional capture. the viewer can feel the radiation of anguish, pain, and stress in this capture. the clarity is excellent. the angle of the shot of this model pose of pain is excellent. the capture of the light is excellent. the presentation is well balanced and very eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and awesome work overall.

Dear Friend,
Your strength and spirit shine through every word you write and every image you share. I was deeply moved reading about your long journey with health challenges, and I just want to say how much I admire your courage, honesty, and resilience. It's no small thing to face such trials with such clarity and grace.
I truly hope your recent move brings you the care and answers you've long deserved. Sometimes, being in the right place at the right time makes all the differenceâ€"and it seems Oklahoma might just be that blessing in disguise.

Please know that you're not alone. Your art, your voice, and your presence matter deeply to all of us who have come to know you here. I'm sending heartfelt wishes your wayâ€"for healing, restful sleep, steady strength, and many peaceful, pain-free days ahead.

Take it one day at a time, and may each sunrise bring renewed hope. Stay strong, stay inspired, and never stop sharing your light with the world.

With warmest regards and a gentle salute to your enduring spirit,
Seshadri

First of all Paul it sounds as if you have had it tough,so hope you can get over this period with hope, that aside ithink for a self portrait its the best i have seen ever,i normanally hate self portraits but this is so different [be it hard to takein]its painfull to see yet it has that power to portray pain and the b/w gives this much more, hope you get better and lookforward ....Brian

This quite the demonstrative, emotional portrait of a person in pain. Pain that seems to be emotional and physical. The black and white detail of the shot is perfect to show the emotional detail without distraction.

Quite a striking image posted here with detailed notes! That composition does suggest a man in some degree of distress. Exposure and sharpness are fine. Nicely done!
