Oooh that face.... So cute!!! Great focus, composition and expression! Has a nice monochromatic tone without sacrificing color. Nice job getting the lighting right so that adorable face didn't disappear into his shimmery black coat. Love it!

he is thinking..."throw e a fish! not a sardine!" lol..nice capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this seal is great. the capture of the light is great. the presentation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall

This is a wonderful portrait of the seal. And it's a terrific entry for the contest. They are fun to watch. I totally agree with you. I like the way you have captured this up close. The imagery is sharply focused. Exposure is adequate and framing is perfect.

have tried to get photos of a seal at alocal zoo[ not easy as they dart about] this one is quite good but do feel it needs to be a bit sharper but apart from that you done well to get this ....Brian
