This is an interesting image of the Grey Heron. Birds sure do love to groom themselves. I like the view of the rooftop you have included; barrel tile is visually interesting all by itself. However, I think it is competing for the focal point with the bird. Maybe if you had cropped out some of it and instead added more space at the top of the image, above the bird, which is a little too tight to the top, it would be better balanced. Technically it is perfect. Exposure is well handled, images are sharply focused, color is vibrant, but not over-saturated and the subject matter is interesting.
