This is simply an exquisite capture. The bridge and waterfall work beautifully together, it is in sharp focus, and the colors have been brightened by the rain.
The clouds give it a bit of moodiness which is appealing. Good luck in the contest.

This is just plain beautiful. There are so many elements contained in this frame.

What really sets this piece off is the framing. It has everything one could possibly fit on a sensor. It is dramatic in both appearance and scale. But the bridge is pure drama and story line.

Having some experience with waterfalls a slow shutter speed gets that milky silk like appearance. Which is fine for close in framing, ie just the falls in the frame.

Whereas you are much further back and the opposite is true - the falls are going to take care of themselves but in order to get all the greenery and the blossoms in sharp focus ya gotta speed it up a little.

This is simply great landscape photography, really nice work... Bob

Beautiful shot of the falls and bridge overhead. I love the deep rich greens. Which probably have been made even more lush by the resent rain. Your scattered pink flowers (look like wild roses) add just that little splash of color to be the cherry on top. Well done.

This is truly a beautiful shot of the Upper falls at Letchworth State Park in New York. With all the rain in New York the whole area is a plush green. I see a bunch of what appears to be rose hips, a beautiful pink color. Looking at the falls, the water is flowing over ledge rock. Very nice and the best of luck in the contest. Ray
