Aw, he certainly is a shy one, giving you a view of its tail. It could easily blend in with the leaves, here. Would love to see its face. Nice capture.

No kidding, a bird ya say! Hmmmm looks like an Artichoke.

I like the sky blue at the top and bottom. It is just the right amount to balance the contrast with the shades of green.

Interesting subject , well captured with good placement of subject in frame, well focused, the image is clear, well exposed with vivid colors... Bob

She is embarrassed since you caught her with her love last week. I think the boyfriend is the one that gave you a mean look last week. Lol. Nice capture. the clarity is great. The capture of the light is great. The angle of the shot of the back of the bird on the branch is great. The presentation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall.

Or he is trying to show his well-stacked colourful plumes. This is a good outdoor shot. The light is good. The colours are natural. Overall it has been composed well .

A good looking nature image posted here! Your fine, full and appropriate composition suggests to me that there was something more interesting on the other side?
Exposure and sharpness are good. Well taken!

Fred,
Another alien Rose-ringed parakeet perched above you looking into the far distance away from you. the sun shining down upon it highlights it's green plumage & it's perch. Interesting composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques I think it ruffed it's feathers as you clicked but for me it does not distract from the picture.

You have achieved a remarkable clarity here in depicting the feathers of this parakeet. I thought it was a brussel sprout until I saw the tail (haha). I think your garden must be an unofficial bird sanctuary!

This is a very unique photograph. It could almost be a cute greeting card, maybe birthday? It has great detail, color and contrast.
